பிரிவி னைக்குப் பதிலாக இணைந்து வாழும் நிலை பற்றிச் சிந்திப்பதற்கும், பிளவுகளை மறந்து ஒற்றுமையாகச் செயற்படுவதற்கும் தயாரென்று தமிழ்த் தேசிய கூட்டமைப்பு நேற்று பாராளுமன்றத்தில் அறிவித்துள்ளது.
அதேநேரம், நாட்டின் ஒற்றுமை, இறைமை, சமத்துவத்திற்குப் பங்கம் ஏற்படாத வகையில் தீர்வொன்றைக் காண்பதற்குத் தாயரென்றும் கூட்டமைப்பு உறுப்பினர் என். ஸ்ரீகாந்தா நேற்று பாராளுமன்றத்தில் தெரிவித்தார்.
நிதியமைச்சுக்கான குறை நிரப்புப் பிரேரணை மீதான விவாதத்தில் உரையாற்றிய ஸ்ரீகாந்தா,“அரசாங்கம் மேற்கொள்ளும் ஆக்கபூர்வமான நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு தமிழ்த் தேசிய கூட்டமைப்பு பூரண ஆதரவு வழங்கத் தயாராகவுள்ளது. இனம், மதம், கலாசாரம் என பல வகையிலும் பொது அம்சங்களைக் கொண்டவர்கள் நாம். தமிழ் மக்களின் பிரச்சினைக்கு சிறந்ததொரு தீர்வைக்காண ஒன்றிணைந்து செயற்படுவோம்” எனவும் சர்வகட்சிக்குழு இதற்கு சிறந்ததொரு ஆரம்பமாகும்.
நாம் அனைவரும் இந்நாட்டு மைந்தர்கள் என்ற வகையில் நாட்டின் இறைமை, ஒற்றுமைக்குப் பங்கம் ஏற்படாத வகையில் தீர்வொன்றைக் காண்போம். எல்லாக் காலத்திலும் நாம் விடுதலைப் புலிகளின் சரி பிழைகளைச் சுட்டிக்காட்டியே வந்துள்ளோம். தமிழ் மக்களுக்கான அரசியல் தீர்வே எமது ஒருமித்த எண்ணமாக இருந்தது.
இன முரண்பாட்டுக்கு ஒரு நிலையான தீர்வைக் காண்பதில் நாம் அக்கறையாயுள்ளதால்தான் நாம் ஜனாதிபதியின் அழைப்பையேற்று சர்வகட்சிக்குழு கூட்டத்திற்குச் சென்றோம். அக்கூட்டம் நல்ல ஆரம்பமாக விருந்தது. நாட்டின் தேசிய அபிவிருத்திக்கு மூவினங்களும் இணைந்து பங்களிப்புச் செய்ய வேண்டும். நாம் கற்பனை உலகத்தில் வாழ்ந்து கொண்டிருக்க முடியாது, யதார்த்தத்தை உணர்ந்து செயற்பட வேண்டும்.
மாறி மாறி வந்த அரசாங்கங்களால் எமது கோரிக் கைகள் மறுக்கப்பட்டு எமது மக்கள் ஓரங்கட்டப்பட்டனர். தமிழ் மக்களின் பிரச்சினைக்கு நிரந்தர தீர்வு காணப்பட வேண்டும். மூன்று இலட்சம் மக்கள் முகாங்களில் அவதிப்படுகின்றனர். இவர்களை விரைவாக மீளக்குடிய மர்த்த நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பது அவசியம். மீளக்குடியமர்த்துவதற்கான நிலை ஏற்படும் வரை அரசாங்கத்திற்குச் சுமையாக இல்லாது இம்மக்கள் தமது உறவினர்களின் வீடுகளில் சென்று வாழ அனுமதி வழங்க வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு இவர்களை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள உறவினர்கள் தயாராகவுள்ளனர்.
இம்மக்களை மீளக் குடியமர்த்துவதில் அரசாங்கம் மிகுந்த கவனம் செலுத்த வேண்டும். தமிழ் மக்களுக்கான தீர்வொன்றை காண வேண்டும். அரசாங்கத்தின் ஆக்க பூர்வமான சகல நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கும் தமிழ்த் தேசிய கூட்டமைப்பு பூரண ஒத்துழைப்பு வழங்கத் தயாராகவுள்ளது.
எமது வரலாற்றைப் பலரும் பலவிதமாகக் கூறுகின்றனர். எமக்கு ஒரு சிறந்த பாரம் பரியம் உள்ளது. கடந்த காலங்களில் தமிழ் மக்களுக்கும் சிங்கள மக்களுக்கு மிடையில் நிகழ்ந்த உறவுகள் தொடர்ந்துள்ளன. எமக்குள்ளே பல பொதுவான அம்சங்கள் பண்புகள் உள்ளன. இந்நிலையில் பிரிவினைக்குப் பதிலாக இணைந்து வாழும் நிலைபற்றி சிந்திப்போம். பிளவுகளைப் பார்க்காமல் ஒற்றுமையைக் கவனத்திற் கொண்டு செயற்படுவோம். ஒரே நாட்டின் மைந்தர்களாக நாட்டைக் கட்டியெழுப்புவோம்.
தேசியப் பிரச்சினையைத் தீர்க்க சிறந்த அரசியல் தீர்வொன்றை எட்டுவோம். நாட்டின் ஒற்றுமை, இறைமை, சமத்துவத்திற்கு பங்கம் விளைவிக்காத வகையில் இத்தீர்வு காணப்பட வேண்டும் எனவும் அவர் மேலும் தெரிவித்தார்.

உந்த ஞானம் இரண்டு மாதத்திற்கு முன்பு வந்திருந்தால் புலிகளும் கொஞ்சம் வாலைச் சுருட்டியிருப்பார்கள், பல்லாயிரக் கணக்கான மக்களும் தப்பியிருப்பார்கள். இந்தியாவிலும் ஐரோப்பாவிலும் நின்று வீரவசனம் பேசி “புலன்” பெயர்ந்ததுகளை உசுப்பேற்றும் போது வராத ஞானம், அரசின் காலைப் பிடித்தாவது மீண்டும் பாராளுமன்றக் கதிரைகளைப் பிடிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற ஆசையில்த் தான் சுருதி மாறி வந்துள்ளது. இலங்கைத் தமிழ் மக்கள் நிம்மதியாக வாழவேண்டுமெனில் மொத்த தமிழ்க் கூத்தமைப்பும் ஓரம் கட்டப்பட வேண்டும்.

தமிழ் மக்களைப் பிரதிநிதிப் படுத்துவதாகக் கூறிக் கொள்ளும் அனைத்து அரசியல் கட்சிகளும் முகாம்களில் உள்ள மக்களது அவலத்தைக் களைவது பற்றி இன்னும் அதிக அக்கறையுடன் செயல்பட வேண்டும் என வேண்டுகிறேன். அதிலும் முக்கியமாக தமிழ் தேசியக் கூட்டமைப்பினர் தமது பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் பதவிகளைப் பயன்படுத்தி முகாம்களில் அடைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள மக்களது வாழ்க்கை அவலத்தை மாற்றுவதற்கு முயற்சி செய்ய வேண்டும். இதுவரை காலமும் வெளிநாடுகளில் அவர்கள் மேற்கொண்ட பிரச்சாரங்கள் அனைத்தும் பயங்கரவாதத்தை நியாயபடுத்துவதாகவே கருதப்பட்டன. இதனால் பயங்கரவாத ஒழிப்புப் போரில் அநியாயமாக அப்பாவி மக்கள் கொன்று குவிக்கப்பட்டபோது அனைத்து வெளிநாடுகளும் வேடிக்கை பார்த்தன. பயங்கரவாதத்தை ஒழிப்பதற்காக ராஜபக்ஷவிற்கு நிபந்தனையற்ற ஆதரவையும் வழங்கின. இன்று அகதிகளாயுள்ள மக்களை வாழ வைக்கும் பொறுப்பையும் வெளிநாடுகள் (இந்தியா உட்பட) நிபந்தனை எதுவுமின்றி ராஜபக்ஷவிடமே ஒப்படைத்து விட்டன. ஆனால், தமிழ் தலைமைகள் அக்கறைப்பட வேண்டிய முக்கியமான விஷயம், தமிழ் மக்களது ஜனநாயக உரிமைகள் மற்றும் மனித உரிமைகள் பற்றியதாகும்.
முகாம்களிலுள்ள தமிழ் அகதிகள் எங்கே குடியேற்றப்பட வேண்டும் என்பதை ராஜபக்ஷவும் அவரது இராணுவத் தளபதிகளும் தீர்மானிப்பது என்பது தமிழ் மக்களது சுயநிர்ணய உரிமையையும் மனித உரிமைகளையும் மீறும் செயலாகும். அவர்களது சொந்த வாழிடங்கள் அபகரிக்கப்பட்டு உயர் பாதுகாப்பு வலயங்களாக பிரகடனப் படுத்தப்படுகின்றன. அவர்களது வாழ்வாதரமான பயிர் நிலங்களில் இராணுவ முகாம்களின் நிரந்தரக் கட்டிடங்கள் அமைக்கப படுகின்றன. இவ்வாறு செய்வது ஒரு மாபெரும் மனிதாபிமானமற்ற இழிசெயல் என்பதை சகல தமிழ் தலைமைகளும் சர்வதேச சமூகத்திற்கு எடுத்துரைக்க வேண்டும். நாடு கடந்த அரசாங்கம் அமைத்து தமிழ் மக்களுக்கு விடிவு தேட முயற்சிப்பவர்களும் நமக்கு முன்னுள்ள இந்த மாபெரும் நெருக்கடிக்கு ஆதரவாக வெளிநாடுகளில் தமது பிரச்சாரத்தை அதிக அளவில் உடனடியாக் செய்யவேண்டியுள்ளது. வெற்று அரசியல் கோஷங்களால் எந்தவொரு வெளிநாட்டினதும் ஆதரவை தமிழ் மக்கள் பெற முடியாது என்பது வெட்ட வெளிச்சமாகி விட்டது. ஆனால், கண்ணுக்கு முன்னால் ஒரு மனித நெருக்கடி தொடர்வதையும் அதற்கான நிவாரணம் எதுவும் எல்லோரும் அறியும் வண்ணம் நடைபெறாமலிருப்பதையும் நீண்ட காலத்துக்கு சர்வதேச சமூகம் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருக்க முடியாது. அதை அனுமதிப்பதும், அதற்கு எதிரான ஆதரவைத் திரட்டுவதும் தமிழ் தலைமைகளின் செயல்திறனிலேயே தங்கியுள்ளது.இனிமேலும் ஒருமித்த குரலில் எமக்கு முன்னுள்ள மனித நெருக்கடி அவலத்தை கண்டுகொள்ளாமல் குழுச் சண்டையிலும் வெற்றுக் கோஷங்களிலும் காலத்தையும் மக்களிடம் சேர்த்த பணத்தையும் செலவிடுவதில் எந்தப் பயனும் இல்லை.

It is a shame. Had you stood up for the civilians when they were cornered by the LTTE, today you would have been the hero of the Tamils. You would have had the courage to walk in the camps in Vavuniya.

The only thing that can help at this juncture, is some honest introspection and non-acrimonious debate that can hopefully lead to some constructive action –
first and foremost, to help rehabilitate the devasted and traumatized tamils who lived through this war.
· LTTE used Tamils as human shield during the 2009 Vanni War and prevented Tamils leaving war zone at gun point (Taliban did not do this in Swat Valley in 2009) and gave a chance to Singhalese Army to Killed several innocent Tamils and several are wounded and disabled. LTTE said that they are the sole representative of Tamil and sole protectors of Tamils and now say that only god can save Tamils. Tamils have wasted 30 years with LTTE for nothing
· It will be a good tactics for Tamils to work with Mahinda to release 300,000 Tamils and Thousands of Tiger Boys and Girls trapped because of Pirabaharan’s and Puli Padai’s –(LTTE) mistakes.
We know there are shortcomings. Slowly, we have to overcome them. In some camps there are no problems. What these people I sent told me: they are satisfied with the housing, the shelter. They have undergone much worse conditions earlier [when they were under the LTTE’s control]. Their problem is movement, freedom of movement. Since there are security concerns, I don’t know how to do that immediately.
So I said: “We have to identify these people. So if anybody takes the responsibility, we are ready to send them.” We have called an all-party meeting for Development and Reconciliation. The reconciliation part, all parties must participate. The TNA [Tamil National Alliance] must participate
We believe that the momentous victory achieved after defeating separatist terrorism could be and should be used as an opportunity to develop national unity. It would be a grievous error if this opportunity, emerged with the defeat of tiger terrorism which was an immense obstacle for the national unity, is not made use of. For, history would not give us such a golden opportunity.
the government has failed to take any effective initiative for national unity. When taking expeditious steps for national unity our attention should be first on Internally Displaced Persons in the North. They should be immediately resettled and basic facilities should be made available to them to commence their normal lives. While expediting resettling of these masses systematic programmes should be carried out for the welfare of the people in camps. However, we don’t see such systematic and adequate programmes are being implemented yet.
It is our awareness that hundreds of thousands of our Tamil brethren living in 5 IDP camps in the North are leading difficult and pathetic lives.
They don’t receive basic facilities; feeding them is a serious issue. They don’t have adequate water and sanitary facilities. As a result they get sick and diseases spread throughout the camps. There are many infectious diseases spreading in these camps. Our belief is that the health facilities they are provided with is not at all adequate.
The majority living in these camps are those who abandoned tiger leader Prabakaran to come to government controlled areas.
When tiger organization acted to detain civilians in tiger controlled areas to use them as a human shield you as the leader of the state and Security Forces asked those Tamil people to abandon Prabakaran and come to the government controlled areas.
Accordingly, these civilians, in their thousands arrived at the government controlled areas. They came amidst attacks from members of tiger organization to prevent them from leaving and only with the clothes they were wearing.
Hence, most of those living in IDP camps don’t have anything other than the clothes they were wearing at the time they fled from the tiger grip. Their relatives and loved ones are no more. As such, the trauma they are going through is immense. This is why it is necessary to resettle these IDPs as quickly as possible and take necessary measures to normalize their lives.

Its always we have to say that LTTE was wrong, they are culprit of everyhting,Tamils are wrong, we should not be protesting the war even if our family members were dying,we should have supported the government irrespective of everyhting.Its ok if our family members been killed.We should not show our PAIN, if we do so then we are LTTE.So lets be it.There are mines every where ,that’s why they givernmnet is not realeasing people, so many people died during the war its because of LTTE, not beacsue army shelled or there were no medical facilities,or not because the last days all the basic necessities were blocked by the governmnet.
